According to the CDC, mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life.
World Health Day on April 7th is a good reminder to take steps to nourish your own mental health.
Here are a few things we're doing to take care of our mental health and help us relax & unwind.
